Maybe it was because I played this in Lo-Fi but, the sound wasn't very full. The drums and vocals were audible but, the guitar could only be heard in certain parts.
Better recording could make this song sound a lot better. it definitely has potential because I enjoy this version, it has a regga feel to it. Great job!

enjoyed listening to the tune. The most important thing about music is, no matter how good you get just keep having fun making music. God Bless

You guys define the term "garage band" -- in all its rawness and reality and lack of production. This song reminds me of 70's stoner rock with its length and repetition (think: Doors and Zepplin). If that's what you're aiming it, you hit the target. The gradually-slowing tempo was also interesting. It's great to sound good, but I will also back up what others have said: it's more important that you get something out of it first. If we get something out of it, that's..well..gravy. Rock on.

This song has a nice moving flow to it--I like the accented bass line a lot.

I enjoyed this. I like the raw chemistry you have. Don't lose that as you start to grow as musicians!

u kno my girl is a song right?, ok im just being a critic, i really did not dig this song dude. guitar part is simple, drum part is simple
(and pritty sloppy) and vocals kept hitting wrong pitches, unless that is the way iots supposed 2 b, in that case i don;t like the song. srry but this gits 2 thumbs down

umm kinda bare... a lot seems to be missing, boost up that acoustic volume a bit... the drumming is not that great, but it seems more like you're not confident of your own playing... so yea just play what you can, but with your full energy/dedication and confidence SHUD flow out

Recorded over by mistake!
Look at everyone rippin' you apart over this track, WTF. I think it's alright. Yeah you could do this or that or the other but you chose to post the thing & that's OK.
Just jammin' away pretty cool. Lots of us do multiple takes, and fix shit after the fact instead of just playing like you are doing here. What everyone means by RAW I guess.

I see you had a mixed bag on the comments here & most people appreciate that you have only just started out & therefore there are areas needing a polish but what I really dig about Dmusic is that most musicians see past the odd production blip to the song itself & that's what it's all about, you wrote a good strong song here & used your creativity, we all started in garages or someone's bedroom & what you don't need is a knock back, keep at it, with lots of rehearsals you could have a great little band, your vocals are on the soul/rock side in my opinion & you could really develop that, I think this is a shining example of early greats, go for it.
& don't ever give up no matter who says what, believe in yourself if this is what you want to do Even Led Zep/Stones/Paul Rogers had to start somewhere, nobody just arrived at the top without lots of work underneath but you have talent & that's a starting point.

Yeah, I agree, some nice ideas and a good hook. Just work on the production and vocal pitch.
